Our BigWheel Generation V (Models 14113, 14114, and 14115) fully meet the legal safety requirements. However, they are designed and approved solely as recreational items and means of transportation, and are not intended for use in sports activities, jumps, halfpipes, etc. If this is disregarded and the scooters are used beyond their intended purpose, damage to the Generation V scooter models may occur. We have found that, in rare cases, the handlebars of our scooters have actually broken during use.
Since customer satisfaction is very important to us, we are offering a voluntary measure, without acknowledgment of any legal obligation, to replace the handlebars of the aforementioned scooters free of charge with a sturdier version.
